                   Non-Most-Favored-Nation Trade Areas

The countries or areas for which non-most-favored-nation
(Non-MFN) rates apply are the following:

     Afghanistan                        Laos
     Cambodia                           North Korea
     Cuba                               Vietnam


Most favored nation (MFN), Non-MFN, and special tariff rates
including the U.S. Generalized System of Preferences are given in
the "Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States" published
by the United States International Trade Commission, Washington,
DC 20436.  It is available in many public libraries or can be
purchased from the United States Government Printing Office,
Washington, DC  20402.
