Description
You will learn to develop and reinforce skills for planning and performing defective pricing reviews. This course provides a description and explanation of the law and leads the student through a defective pricing audit using integrated video clips.

Objectives
Upon completion, the student will be able to:
  • Plan a postaward audit according to Agency policy and Government Auditing Standards;
  • Establish the baseline for audit;
  • Establish effective communication with the Contracting officer;
  • Determine if the contractor submitted accurate and complete cost or pricing data;
  • Perform an effective probe transaction test;
  • Summarize results and comply with necessary reporting requirements.
