The Patient Administration Office assists beneficiaries in many ways. We can assist with new patient registrations, Virtual Out Processing for TRICARE, Incapacitation requests, Line of Duty Determinations, Medical Evaluations Boards, and educate patients who are enrolled into the Exceptional Family Member Program.
Office Hours: M-F 0730-1630 we conduct training the 2nd Thursday of each month starting at noon. We are closed on Federal Holidays and AMC-directed Down Days.
