The 375th Medical Group takes great pride in providing you the best care possible. It is an honor to serve our nation's heroes and their families.
The Patient Safety Program's mission is to create a culture of safety throughout the organization and increase positive outcomes for patients through patient centered care, engaging our beneficiaries as active members of the health care team, and the prevention of medical errors.
We continually strive to improve the patient care experience. As a result of those efforts, our Patient Safety Program was designated as the "Best Ambulatory Patient Safety Program in AMC" for 2010 and 2011.
If you ever have questions regarding the safety of your care or have been involved in a medical error at our facility, we want to hear from you. Please contact our Patient Safety Program Manger, Mrs. Patricia Palmer-Reider, at 618-256-7130 or via email at patricia.palmer-reider.ctr@us.af.mil
