JOB SUMMARY:
If you meet one of the following special hiring authorities you may be considered. You must also meet the basic qualifications for the position. Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA)-This authority allows consideration of any Veteran that is service-connected disabled or separated within the last three (3) years, separating within a 120 days of certification. 30% or More Disabled Veteran- This authority allows consideration of any Veteran with a 30% or more service-connected disability. Schedule A This authority allows consideration of any Veteran who have a severe physical, psychological or intellectual disability. Disabled Veterans Enrolled in a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Training Program This authority allows consideration of any Disabled Veterans who has completed training or work under the VA Rehabilitation Training Program and received a certificate of training.
