The function of the Quality Management Office is to coordinate the medical center Risk Management Program, Credentials, Performance Improvement Program, Impaired Provider Program and Peer Review Committee activities, as well as, the Joint Commission on Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) activities.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 0700-1700. No appointments are necessary; just walk in. We are here to serve you!
