POWGEN—Mail In Program

Proposals will be accepted throughout the cycle.
A few days will be allocated from general user program every cycle. (Instrument team will advertise these dates in the website)
Vanadium sample cans will be sent to users to be filled and returned to the SNS.
A maximum of 8 hours can be requested in each cycle.
Up to two temperatures between 12K and room temperature can be requested for each sample.
End of Experiment report has to be submitted to request beamtime in the following year.
Approved experiments will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
