U.S. Air Force Band of the Pacific-Asia
10/3/2012 - SAITAMA, Japan -- Pacific Trends, Band of the Pacific-Asia popular music ensemble, traveled to Saitama, Japan, to perform for an audience of approximately 425 at the Saitama Super Arena Keyaki Square Oct. 2.
The Band of the Pacific-Asia has been stationed at Yokota Air Base since 1988 and gives about 400 performances each year for an audience totalling more than 150,000 people. In its travels, the band has performed in Hong Kong, Burma, Guam, Singapore, India, Mongolia, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, the Philippines and Laos, and regularly tours Korea and Japan.
