Management Directive 715 | Civil Rights Division | NRCS

The purpose of the Management Directive-715 (MD-715) is to provide Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) with an annual update of NRCS activities initiated and implemented in accordance with Title VII and affirmative obligations under Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act.  The MD-715 is government-initiated and mandated; it is compliance-based and relies on statistical comparisons of various demographic group; contain goals and timetables designed to bring the level of participation for minorities, women, and persons with disabilities in to parity with relevant and available labor force applicant pool; and reflects Fiscal Year progress made to mitigate and/or eliminate barriers that impede employment opportunities for minorities, women, and persons with disabilities.

Playback Requirements

Player Views   
The player contains the player window with standard playback functions, as well as a vertical column of thumbnails that you can show or hide. To jump to a specific portion of the recording, you may scroll vertically through the thumbnails and click on the thumbnail that corresponds with the portion of the recording you wish to view. Alternatively, you can use the right and left arrow buttons, located on the player window, to scroll through thumbnails one by one. To show the vertical thumbnails on the left hand portion of your screen, click on the curved tab. The thumbnails will disappear when not in use.    

Show/Hide Player       
To hide the player, click on the "minimize" button on the top right hand corner of the player window. The player will fade away, and not appear on the screen. To show the player, click anywhere on your screen. The player will reappear.    

Windowed/Full Screen View      
To hide the player, click on the "minimize" button on the top right hand corner of the player window. To toggle between full screen mode and windowed mode, click on the window button (between the Minimize and Close buttons) on the top right corner of the player window.  

Exit Player    
To hide the player, click on the "minimize" button on the top right hand corner of the player window. To stop viewing the recording, and exit from the player, click on the Close button on the top right portion of the player window.
