Europe Student Athletics


Spring is in the air, which means that all baseball, softball, soccer and track athletes are preparing for their first contests of the season. Practice officially began on March 7th, with some team in action as early as March 19th.



SoccerSoccer

All of the DoDDS-E schools offering soccer will be participating in the post season championships to be held the 18th through the 21st of May in the KMC. We will be crowning championships in all three Divisions during the finals on 21 May.

BaseballBaseball

Now in our 3rd year of offering this program, the interest has grown in many of our larger schools and although Mannheim will not be able to host a team this year, we welcome newcomer, Alconbury to the list of Division III teams offering baseball. All teams will participate in the post-season championships May 26-28 in the KMC.

SoftballSoftball

Once again the DoDDS-E softball teams will converge on the KMC for their post season championships, May 26th through the 28th. Most teams will be playing a 14 game regular season in preparation for the championships where titles for each of the three divisions will be at stake.

Spring TrackTrack

Teams and individuals are busy preparing for the regular season as all athletes are required to meet a qualifying time or distance to participate in the European Championships. This year, the track championships will be held one week earlier at the Russelsheim Stadion, May 20th and 21st.
