Determine the EQR records to be retrieved by constructing a custom query. Records can be sorted on specific fields and downloaded. The search results can be viewed on-screen and/or downloaded into Excel, Access or a variety of other file formats.

Note: Use the Download Spreadsheets report to view or download all transactions within a quarter for a particular utility. It's faster and creates less strain on the server.

• Contracts by Company
  Retrieves respondent or seller contract records within a quarter.



• Transactions by Company
  Retrieves respondent or seller transaction records within a quarter.



• Transactions by Point-of-Delivery: Customer
  Retrieves up to a month of transactions to a specified customer that took place at a specified point-of-delivery.



• Transactions by Point-of-Delivery: Respondent/Seller
  Retrieves up to a month of transactions by a specified seller that took place at a specified point-of-delivery.



• Transactions by Contract
  Retrieves transactions under a particular contract within a quarter.



• Transactions by Product
  Retrieves transactions by product name within a quarter.



• Affiliated Transactions
  Retrieves transactions between a respondent and/or seller and its affiliates within a quarter.



• Submissions by Date
  Retrieves a list of respondent companies that have filed the EQR within a selected date range.
