Applications to apply for Family Housing are accepted from 0730 to 1700, Monday through Friday at, Joint Housing Office, 98 San Jacinto Road located near the main gate.
To submit an advanced application, provide a copy of Web Orders and the following documents:

DD Form 1746 (Application for Assignment to Housing)
2.
DD Form 1751 Sample (From SRB/OQR and have all signatures)
3.
Sex Offender Registration Certification Form
4.
Privacy Act
5.
Fire and Window Safety Awareness Form
6.
Public Private Venture (PPV) Brief Form
For Service Members attached to Camp Pendleton 30 days or more, you will be required to provide a Command letter written by an E-6 or higher rank in place of orders.
