WTB Announces Unified Policy for Dismissing and Returning Applications and Dismissing Pleadings Associated with Applications
On February 24, 1999, the WTB released a Public Notice (DA 99-0385) announcing its new, unified policy for dismissing and
returning applications and pleadings. The policy effects applications and pleadings received on or after May 1, 1999.
In order to clarify certain aspects of this policy, the Bureau provides the information below, which will be updated on an
ongoing basis.
