Dear Friend,
Members of Congress returned to their home states last week following House passage of a bill to preserve the current tax rate for all Americans through 2013.
While I’m in Mississippi, I’ll spend time visiting with folks across the state talking about my record in Congress of eliminating government waste, removing regulations, protecting the priorities of rural communities, honoring public servants, promoting innovation and advocating for intellectual disabilities.
Look, there’s a lot of rhetoric coming out of Washington right now. But instead of focusing on what other federal officials are failing to do, I’ll spend the next few weeks communicating with you about the results I have been able to accomplish. So stay tuned for details about each of the topics that I mentioned above.
