Army Family Team Building
Army Family Team Building (AFTB) provides personal and professional development classes to promote Army Family mission readiness and force retention. Developed by Family members for Family members, classes answer questions about Army life, give suggestions on how to improve your personal life and provide ways to develop as a leader. 34 AFTB classes are offered free of charge in three different levels. Classes are open to military Spouses, Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians, community members and military parents. Day classes are offered every month and evening classes are available by request. Individual units and FRGs may request complete levels or individual classes based on availability. Commissary
The Fort Campbell Commissary offers active duty Soldiers, reservists, military retirees, National Guard service members and their families, low-cost shopping for a complete line of groceries. The newly renovated store features fresh and processed meats, a delicatessen, bakery, fresh produce and on-site sushi chefs. The single-line queuing area provides speedy check-out. The commissary is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday,  8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early Bird shopping is Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. The commissary is located at 2702 Michigan Ave. For more information, call (270) 798-FOOD (798-3663).

Consumer Affairs Office
The Consumer Affairs Office (CAO) provides information and guidance to Soldiers and their families about consumer affairs issues. They review all types of contracts—vehicle purchases, property rental, warranty information, insurance and investments. Soldiers and their families are encouraged to seek advice prior to making large purchases such as vehicles. CARFAX reports are also available free of charge. The CAO provides assistance with consumer complaint resolution and mediation. They maintain a database of all consumer complaints and can provide clients with a complaint history for all local businesses. They can also inform the consumer about market trends and provide tips on how to become a better consumer. Service provided by CAO is on a walk-in basis during the hours of operation, 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. For more information, call (270) 798-5528.

Deployment Program
The Deployment Program is the principal source of resources and services for Soldiers, Commanders, Families and FRGs. Designed to assist units and installation personnel with deployment and reintegration briefings, the program offers a variety of training workshops for Family members, such as Operation R.E.A.D.Y classes. Held monthly, classes include: FRG leader, Newsletter and Treasurer. In addition to the Operation R.E.A.D.Y classes, the deployment program offers classes in Spouse Battlemind, which delves into issues and concerns that families might experience during and after deployment. Care Team training is offered to Spouses and Family members that wish to be of assistance to families of fallen Soldiers. Exceptional Family Member Program
The Fort Campbell Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) serves more than 3,500 individuals with special needs. EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that works in partnership with various military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, educational and medical support, and personal services to Families with special needs. An Exceptional Family Member (EFM) is a family member (child or adult) with any physical, emotional, developmental or intellectual disability that requires special treatment, therapy, education, training or counseling. The following Soldiers with EFMs must enroll in the program: • Active Army; U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Soldiers in the USAR-Active Guard Reserve program; Army National Guard (ARNG) personnel. Enrollment allows assignment managers at Army personnel agencies to consider the documented medical and special education needs of EFM in the assignment process. When possible, Soldiers are assigned to an area where their EFM’s medical and special education needs can be met. This decision will depend on a valid personnel requirement for the Soldier’s grade, specialty and eligibility for the tour. All Soldiers are still eligible for world-wide assignment.  Each year, the Fort Campbell EFMP partners with Child and Youth Services (CYS) to hold a two-week summer camp for children ages three to 21 who are enrolled in EFMP. This camp is unique because each child is paired with at least one Soldier Buddy volunteer. Children are allowed to attend the summer camp at no cost to parents.

Family Advocacy Program
The Family Advocacy Program provides information designed to support strong, self-reliant families and enhance coping skills. The program educates families about child and spouse abuse, as well as abuse prevention, education, intervention and treatment. Family Employment Readiness Program
The Family Employment Readiness Program helps non-transitioning active duty family members, DoD Civilians, military retirees and their families prepare for employment. The program strives to empower families to take control of their personal employment situation by providing them with a full range of services and resources, such as job search assistance, résumé writing and job interview preparation. It also provides information on higher education, job training, specialized workshops and referrals. The program is located at 5661 Screaming Eagle Blvd., Room 102 and is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Thursday, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. The office is closed for lunch daily, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information, call (270) 798-4289. The office also offers assistance with the AF and NAF application process as well as a RESUMIX workshop—held the first Thursday of each month. Non-appropriated fund job fairs are held the first Tuesday of each month at Sportsman’s Lodge, applications are accepted from 9 to 9:30 a.m. only. Individual job counseling is also available. Family Resource Center
Located at 1501 William C. Lee Road, the Family Resource Center (FRC) is a meeting and information center for Family Readiness Groups, Commanders, Soldiers and their Families. Children are welcome. Mailboxes for each registered FRG on Fort Campbell are located at the FRC to disseminate post-wide information. The FRC resource library maintains brochures on military life and deployment issues for use at FRG meetings and unit deployment briefs. Public use computers are available to assist Family members in preparing materials, conducting research and composing newsletters. Financial Readiness Office
The Financial Readiness Office provides financial management classes and one-on-one counseling to help Soldiers and family members improve their financial stability. Classes include: “Check Writing” offered at 9 a.m. the first and third Wednesday of each month; “Money Management” offered at 9 a.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of each month; and “How to Buy a House” offered at 1 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month. All classes are held in the Lee Soldier and Family Support Center, no appointment necessary. Appointments are required for individual budget counseling. For more information, call (270) 798-5518. 

Information and Referral Program
The Information and Referral Program is your one-stop information source for programs and services located in the Fort Campbell, Clarksville, Tenn. and Hopkinsville, Oak Grove and Cadiz, Ky. communities. The goal of the center is to keep Soldiers and their Families aware of all services available and to provide confidential referral information to the appropriate agencies when necessary. Lending Closet
The Lending Closet provides kitchen items during transition for thirty days such as pots, pans, dishes, irons, ironing boards, cars seats, baby cribs, sleeping mats, high chairs, tables, chairs and electrical appliances. Outreach Program
The Outreach Program is the essential link between military and civilian agencies. Outreach connects Soldiers and Family Members to occurring events, ACS programs, support groups and information and referral services throughout the Fort Campbell community. The Outreach Program educates Fort Campbell and surrounding communities on each program ACS offers by giving briefings to Family Readiness Groups (FRG) and military units, and by attending Health and Education Fairs or setting up information tables in local areas. Relocation Assistance Program
The Relocation Assistance Program helps families and single Soldiers cope with the mobile military lifestyle by providing assistance related to moving to the Fort Campbell community or for personnel relocating to other military installations. Services include relocation counseling and the “Plan My Move” program—an automated information system designed to provide relocation information on all military installations. Specific information contained in “Plan My Move” includes education, employment, medical and dental services, housing and support services. “Plan My Move” can be accessed online at www.militaryonesource.com. The program also provides Newcomer Orientations to include Eagle Family Welcome, Sponsorship Training and Hearts to Hearts Program for Waiting Families, Citizenship Classes, English as a Second Language Classes and the International Spouse Support Group. Volunteer Program
As an ACS volunteer, you are offered the opportunity to be part of a team working to improve the quality of life and the well being of Soldiers and Family members of the Fort Campbell military community. Volunteer and Family Readiness Programs
The Army Volunteer Corps (AVC) Program is the personnel office for the non-paid professional. Maintaining a job bank of available positions, Fort Campbell volunteers have many choices when it comes to contributing their time and energy. Today’s volunteer has more benefits than ever before—documented job experience, limited free childcare, continuing education classes, recognition and self-satisfaction are just a few of the reasons to volunteer. Many employers, to include federal and state governments, accept volunteer experience as part of a person’s work history. The office is located in the Family Resource Center, 1501 William C. Armed Services YMCA Family Center 
The Armed Services YMCA Family Center offers several weekly playgroups, a co-op daycare, weekly bible study, monthly special events and monthly dinners. We also offer other adult classes through out the year. A calendar of programs is published monthly with the input of the Fort Campbell Family members. Family celebrations are also an integral part of the Armed Services YMCA programming. Each year, the Armed Services YMCA offers Military Family Appreciation Month activities, a Christmas Dinner, an Easter Egg Hunt and a Halloween Party. Armed Services YMCA  Backdoor Boutique 
The Armed Services YMCA operates the Backdoor Boutique, a free program which allows active duty Soldiers, E-5 and below and their Families to obtain household necessities free of charge. The boutique includes household items such as small appliances, bedding, home décor, clothing and shoes in all sizes, toys and other miscellaneous items. Each Family may take two bags and one carry-out item per week. Larger items, such as furniture, are distributed via a wish list and patrons are called when the item becomes available. Donations are accepted Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The boutique is located at 5660 Screaming Eagle Blvd. and it is open Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, call (270) 956-1566.
 
Chapel Programs 
Fort Campbell is home to 72 chaplains of varying denominations who provide chapel programs to Soldiers, Family members and authorized civilians. The Religious Support Operations Office is located at 3101 Indiana Ave. and 39th Street and a staff duty chaplain is always available for emergency assistance at (270) 798-6124 during duty hours and at (270) 798-CARE after duty hours. Fort Campbell also includes eight chapels and various unit offices. Sixteen worship services are conducted each weekend along with religious education programs. There are also a full complement of bible studies, prayer breakfasts, luncheons and special religious observances. In addition to personal, religious, crisis and family counseling, the office also hosts unit retreats, Family life retreats, spiritual adventure training and spiritual enrichment programs—each designed to meet the various religious needs of the Fort Campbell community. Religious Education 
The Religious Education Office is located at 2207 Indiana Ave. The office provides information about all Fort Campbell religious education programs such as religious education classes, Sunday Schools, chapel youth and adult groups, bible study groups, sacramental preparation and confirmation or church membership for Catholic, Protestant, Eastern Orthodox and Jewish faiths. The Religious Education Office also maintains an excellent library of books, audio and video resources, including reference books, self development books and videos, self-guided study materials, movies and children’s books and videos. All materials are available to assist Soldiers and Family members with their personal, spiritual growth. They can also be used as preparation materials for teachers, catechists and lay leaders in chapel programs. For more information, call (270) 798-3185. 

Club Beyond

Emergency Crisis Hotline 
The Staff Chaplain’s Office provides a 24-hour emergency crisis hotline, (270) 798-CARE (798-2273). This extension should be used for emergency calls only. For non-emergencies, please call (270) 798-6124. 

Chaplain Family Life Center 
The Chaplain Family Life Center operates from a theological base and focuses on ministry to Army Families with a particular emphasis on wellness. The mission of the Center is four-fold:  Promote Family wellness by providing pastorally-oriented Family enrichment programs;  Provide pastorally-oriented family life programs focusing on the preventive aspect of Family wellness; Provide specific interventions to assist Army Families coping with the stresses of military and Family life through pastoral care and counseling; Provide training in Family Life ministry.  A partial listing of activities offered at the center include: marriage enrichment workshops, parenting workshops, family wellness workshops, a stressed family members support group with workshops aimed at the reduction of stress and enhancement of personal growth. Enlisted Spouses Club  
The Enlisted Spouses Association of Fort Campbell is committed to servicing and enhancing the lives of spouses of enlisted Soldiers through programs, social events and friendships.
