For all US (GS/WG/WL/NAF) Employees serviced by Grafenwoehr CPAC.

The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive (MD) 715 requires each agency in the Executive Branch of the Federal Government to establish definite programs that will facilitate the hiring, placement, and advancement of disabled individuals. We are currently in the process of developing affirmative employment goals to address the needs of the disabled community. Participation in the reporting system is entirely voluntary with the exception of employees appointed under special appointment authorities for mentally retarded, for severely physically disabled, and the mentally restored.
