Plans, Analysis and Integration

PAI provides support directly to the Garrison Command Group. The PAI
oversees and integrates action plans across the Garrison into a cohesive strategic plan, measures performance against the plan, and ensures Garrison leadership maintains visibility of overall Garrison success in implementing the IMCOM Commander’s strategic vision and ensuring all long-range plans fully support installation sustainability goals. The PAI directs and manages continuous improvement projects to close performance gaps and manages performance and requirements determination reporting such as the Installation Status Report (ISR), Customer Management Services (CMS), Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE), and the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP). PAI serves as the garrison commander’s focal point for assigned programs, strategy, integration, management planning, stationing, transformation and realignment for our three installations including the Efficient Basing Grafenwoehr (EB-G) program.

Customer Management Services Website Information

Customer Management Services (CMS) program is a customer relationship management process that empowers constituents who derive support from installation based services, improves garrison-wide customer service, and supplies leadership a useful tool for their use in prioritizing and focusing installation services based upon the “Voice of the Customer.”  Customer Management Services consists of a comprehensive, three-tiered feedback system based on input from individuals, constituent groups, and mission commander; the voice of the people.
