At the 14th Annual Conference held in 2009, the following agreement was made:
"The United States agreed to host the 15th Annual Conference, and the Scientific and Technical
Committee Meeting, virtually, with the understanding that the Scientific and Technical Committee Meeting would be held
well in advance of the Annual Conference. It will
endeavor to distribute the meeting document in a timely
manner via the NOAA website for the Convention"
