Eagle's Nest Inn Automated Lodging Reservation System

The Eagle's Nest Inn uses an Automated Lodging Reeservation System (ALRS).  All reservists who are eligible for lodging are now solely responsible for making, changing and cancelling their own reservations. Members will know immediately upon making the reservation whether they are on base or off base for lodging. If your reservation is off base, you will immediately know which hotel you are assigned. You will be able to go directly to the hotel on the day of arrival. Contract quarter hotel reservations are guaranteed on Friday and only until 7 p.m. on Saturdays during UTA weekends. If you cannot arrive by 7 p.m., contact the hotel and make arrangements. 

 

Here's how to make your reservations through ALRS: 

· Call: 330-609-1923
· Enter SS # and PIN (Last 4 of SS #)
· Initial call to ALRS will prompt caller to change PIN #
· Enter Arrival date (mmddyy)
· Enter Departure date (mmddyy)
· Respond to correct tour type; IDT (nonpaying), ADT (paying) or both
· Confirm information
· Hotel name and confirmation number will be provided at the time of the reservation
