CONFERENCES and MEETINGS
The US Food and Drug Administration sponsors a Hepatotoxicity Special Interest Group comprised of the FDA/CDER, American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD), the
Drug-Induced Liver Injury Network (DILIN), the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). The Special Interest Group hosts an annual meeting to present up-to-date presentations and discussions on issues pertinent to drug induced liver injury (DILI). Presentations from these conferences can be found on the AASLD website.
2012 AASLD-FDA-NIH-PhRMA Meeting
The 2012 meeting was held on Wednesday and Thursday, March 14-15, at the National Labor College in Silver Spring, Maryland.
