The amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198). Kearsarge is deployed as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group with embarked Marines from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26th MEU) supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
