ORDER
GRANTING REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL

   The above-captioned case arises under the Job Training Partnership Act, 20 C.F.R. 626 et. seq. (Pub. L. 97-300). This case was set for hearing March 15, 2004 in Dallas, Texas. On February 12, 2004, the Court was advised that the parties reached a settlement which has resolved all issues. Therefore, the hearing was cancelled.

   On March 23, 2004, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice (Exhibit A). After having been fully advised in these premises and after a review of the matter,

   IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice is hereby APPROVED and the proceeding in this matter is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
