ORDER OF DISMISSAL
his matter arises under the Job Training and Partnership Act, 29
U.S.C. §1501 et seq., and the regulations issued thereunder at 20 CFR Part 636.
On September 17, 1999, counsel for the Center for Employment
Training (the Complainant) submitted a Request for Entry of an Order of Dismissal. Attached to
the motion was a copy of a letter from Hermelinda Sapien, the Executive Director of the Center
for Employment Training, stating that the Center for Employment Training was withdrawing its
request for administrative review of the grant application that is the subject of this proceeding.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is dismissed as requested by the
Complainant.
