ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned case arises under the Job Training Partnership Act, 20 C.F.R. § 626 et. seq. (Pub. L. 97-300).
In April, 2002, the above referenced case was assigned to the undersigned for hearing. On June 26, 2002, the parties submitted for approval by the undersigned a fully executed Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Having duly considered the matter,
IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice is hereby approved and the proceeding in this matter is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED:
1. That this Order shall have the same force and effect as an order made after a full hearing;
2. That the entire record in which this Order is based shall consist solely of the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice;
3. The parties waive any further procedural steps before this Court;

4. The parties waive any rights to challenge or contest the validity of this Order and decision entered into in accordance with this Stipulation and Order;
5. The Complainant, Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Workforce Development,
has submitted documentation to the Grant Officer which has resolved all of the disallowances in this matter.
6. This Order and the decision of this Court shall be final agency action.
