ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case arises under the Job Training Partnership Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1501, et seq, and the applicable regulations issued at 20 C.F.R. Part 627. Pursuant to a Continuance Order and Notice of Hearing, dated August 24, 2001, I set a hearing date of October 30, 2001 for this case in Gainesville, Florida. On October 26, 2001, I received notice from Ms. Mathews that the parties had settled their dispute and no longer needed an administrative hearing. On November 9, 2001, I received the parties' Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice. The parties agreed the case should be dismissed with prejudice in accordance with paragraph seven of their October 26, 2001 Settlement Agreement.
Accordingly, as the parties are in agreement, the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
