Explanation for a request to waiver
The 439th Airlift Wing Public Affairs staff is pleased to provide tours of Westover Air Reserve Base. Please allow one month's advance notice of your requested tour date.
Tours are primarily held the third and fourth Wednesdays and Thursdays from April through December. No tours are scheduled in January, February and March due to winter weather conditions on Westover's flight line. Cameras are permitted on the base as long as the tour is coordinated through the PA office.

Please be advised that tour coordinators will be required to furnish valid driver's license numbers of anyone coming onto the base who is 18 years of age or older. This information must be provided no later than one week prior to a scheduled tour, via e-mail or fax. )
When traveling to the base, larger groups should use a bus as that is the quickest way to get onto Westover. If groups are traveling in separate cars, parking lots outside the old gate on Westover Road are available. A military bus may be available to pick up the group to bring the tour on base.
