The USAID Partnership data features information on more than 1,600 partnerships. These partnerships are active in individual countries, regions, globally, and in 11 development sectors. In order to make the information more accessible, the Partnership Mapping Tool allows for a user to query, or search, the entire database for specific partnerships of interest. Queries can be performed using keywords, categories, and a multitude of variables. The guide below details how to make use of this feature.

Before utilizing the query function, Google Earth’s internal browser must be deactivated.

You can do this by following these instructions:

On a PC in the Display by going to Tools > Options. Select and check box that says “show web results in external browser.” All web content from within Google Earth will now open in your default external browser. Or, on a Mac, you can do so by going into Google Earth >Preferences > General.
