The LINC Project consists of two components, implemented in parallel: (1) Component 1: Improving the Business Enabling Environment; and (2) Component 2: Enhancing Enterprise Competitiveness. Each component is represented by a set of tasks expected to produce a more enabling investment and business climate that facilitates broader-based local economic growth.
