This case arises under the employee protection provisions of the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C.A. § 2622 (1998); the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 1367 (1986); and the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 300j- 9(i)(1) (West Supp. 2000). The Administrative Law Judge issued a Recommended Decision and Order finding that Complainant Richard Sipes failed to establish that Respondents discriminated against him and dismissed the complaint.
