The purpose of an Accident Investigation Board is to produce a publicly releasable report. An AIB completes a detailed investigation in an attempt to determine the cause of an aircraft  accident. Full narratives of AFSOC AIB reports are released here, but some portions are redacted for security and privacy reasons.
