ORDER OF DISMISSAL

WITH PREJUDICE

   Upon stipulation of counsel for the Prosecuting Party and Respondent, and the Complainant in the above-reference matter, it is hereby ORDERED that the Complaint in this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice. For good cause shown, the Prosecuting Party may move, with the consent of Respondent, to vacate this Order within 30 days hereof. "Good cause," as referenced herein, shall be strictly limited to the definition accorded to that term in a written agreement executed by the parties.
