ORDER OF DISMISSAL
At the hearing conducted on March 1, 1989, Claimant moved
under oath to dismiss his claim against Respondent. Claimant was
advised of his rights in this regard by the undersigned and by
his attorneys. Respondent had no objection to such a dismissal.
In view of the foregoing developments, the instant claim
against Anco Insulations, Inc. is, hereby, dismissed with
prejudice.
