ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Upon consideration of complainant's request for entry of an
Order of Dismissal with Prejudice, and it appearing that the
parties have amicably resolved their dispute,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the complaint of Gary M. Hoffman
is dismissed with prejudice. 29 C.F.R. §§ 18.39(b) and 24.5(e)
(4)(i).
