Committees and Caucuses

Congressman Maloney currently serves on the House Agriculture Committee and House Transportation and Infrastructure Commtittee.

The Transportation and Infrastructure Committee has jurisdiction over the Nation’s highways, railways, airports, seaports, bus lines, and pipelines, as well as the Economic Development Administration (EDA),  Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

The Agriculture Committee supports our nation’s farmers and ensure that Americans have access to the world’s safest food and agricultural products. The committee tackles a wide variety of issues ranging from agricultural research and development, rural economic development, crop insurance, food safety, international trade, and commodities regulation.
