Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises are the driving force for Albania’s economic growth, job creation and poverty reduction. However, their development has been hindered by weak competitive capacity, low productivity, limited access to financial resources, shortage of skilled personnel, and unfavorable business environment. CED project is designed to address these issues to help Albania achieve sustained, broad-based economic growth.
