Cancels DOE O 430.1A, paragraphs 6e(7); 7a(3); 7b(11); 7b(14); 7c(4), (6), (7), (11) and (16); 7d(4) and (8); 7e(3), (10), and (17); Attachment 1, Definitions (items 30 - Line Item Project; item 42 - Project, item 48 - Strategic System; and Attachment 2, Contractor Requirements Document paragraph 1d regarding a project management system. Cancels DOE N 430.1 and DOE O 430.1A (in part). Canceled by DOE O 413.3A.
