The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) manages the Small Business Program for the Commander of the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (TACOM LCMC) in Warren and through its many sites around the U.S. This is all done in compliance with FAR 19.201(c) and DoD Directive 4205.1. The OSBP ensures that contracting and other personnel are knowledgeable of the different small business program requirements and that a fair share of contract awards are placed with small businesses. Additional functions of the OSBP include serve as advisor to the Commander on Small Business matters, monitor command-wide performance to achieve program goals and offer contractor counseling on business opportunities.
