Personnel authorized to receive the full blotter are actual or rear detachment Brigade level or higher Commanders, Command Sergeant Majors, Staff Judge Advocates (with Alternate), or lower Level Commanders, Command Sergeant Majors, Staff Judge Advocates (with Alternate) without a higher headquarters on Fort Bragg; Provost Marshals; U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command; Fort Bragg Emergency Operation Center; Air Force Emergency Operation Center; Chief of Department of Social Work (with Alternate); Chief of Army Substance Abuse Program (with Alternate) and Installation Safety Manager (with Alternate).
