Free tutorials that focus on the subjects of substance abuse and child welfare. They support and facilitate collaboration between the child welfare system, the substance abuse treatment system and the courts. A training toolkit contains information about educating child welfare professionals about substance abuse and mental health disorders among families involved in the child welfare system.
NCSACW provides technical assistance (TA) on substance abuse issues in the child welfare population. TA is available to national, state, tribal, and local agencies and individuals.
