Constituents can meet with Hagan to talk about their concerns from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at the Dunn Community Center in Dunn. Hagan's constituent services staff will be on site from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. to help people navigate issues with federal agencies, such as the VA, IRS or the Social Security Administration.
