New ARNG CCWO - The Director of the Army National Guard, Lieutenant General William E. Ingram, Jr., is pleased to announce the selection of CW5 Thomas G. (Gary) Ensminger, Command Chief Warrant Officer of the Tennessee Army National Guard, to be the next Command Chief Warrant Officer of the ARNG.  He will succeed CW5 Gary R. Nisker; report date to be determined.  CW5 Ensminger will represent and advise the Director on all matters pertaining to ARNG policies and actions that affect the warrant officers of the ARNG.  10/4/12
