Course Registration

Please register as early as possible to avoid course cancellations.  The University recommends registering at least a week before instruction begins or on the last day of the preceding quarter.

Engineering Courses (UCSD)

Please contact the Engineering Institute Administrator, Jutta Kayser (jkayser@lanl.gov, 505-663-5649), with any questions you might have regarding enrollment in these classes. All UCSD classes will be $988.00 per class

Bring your signed Form 896, (Application for Tuition Assistance) to Jutta Kayser at the Research Park, TA-03 building 4200 suite 300.(only page 2 is required for completion) We will complete the Concurrent Enrollment Forms at my office, please bring a check made out to "UC Regents."

In addition a $50 per course fee is charged to set up a WebCT account for the student.

Computer Science Courses (UCSC)

Please contact the ISSDM Program Administrator, Josephine Olivas (jojo@lanl.gov, 505-663-5725, TA-03, Bldg. 4200, Rm 101A, Mail Stop T011). Class sizes are limited. Application Fee: $55 UCSC graduate classes (per class): $1000

Materials Modeling Courses (UCSB)

Please contact the IMMS Administrator, Lynn Chavez (lynn@lanl.gov, 505-663-5233, TA-03, Bldg. 4200, Rm 101, Mail Stop T011). Class sizes are limited. Application Fee: $140 UCSB graduate classes plus $185 per unit x 3 units = $555 for a total of $695 (per class).
