To assist Soldiers, Civilians, and Families in successfully relocating into and out of their commands. Sponsorship is a commander’s program in which commanders and individual sponsors are the key to success!

Incoming Soldiers who have not received a Sponsorship letter or Welcome Packet from your gaining unit of assignment, contact us by one of the following methods:

Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday

All Soldiers arriving at Fort Hood will report directly to the Copeland Soldier Service Center, Bldg. 18010 at the intersection of T.J. Mills Blvd. (primary road from the Main Gate) and Battalion Ave.  The Copeland Center is open 24 hours daily
