Memorializing the the bicentennial of the War of 1812, this 11 x 8¼-inch envelope carries an affixed sheet of 20 The War of 1812: USS Constitution (Forever®) stamps cancelled with official First Day of Issue black pictorial and standard postmarks.

The stamp design features the oldest known painting of the USS Constitution, and the selvage includes a map of the war and a portrait of President James Madison by Gilbert Stuart. The souvenir sheet is cancelled by one pictorial postmark, designed with a nautical theme, and five standard round daters, which mark the date and location of issue: August 18, 2012, Boston, MA 02205.

The Postal Store ships all in stock orders within 1 Business day and sends them via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail and should arrive within 3-5 Business Days. All stamp and philatelic orders are charged a $1.25 Handling Fee on domestic orders of up to $50.00, and $1.75 if the order is greater than $50. These fixed handling fees apply to only the portion of the order total that is stamp and philatelic products.

All PSE products are charged a flat Priority Mail rate depending on how many boxes are ordered as specified in the PSE Shipping Charges table, and should be received within 7-10 Business Days.

All other products except free shipping supplies are charged standard Priority Mail fees based on weight of the item and shipping address ZIP Code.

If your order contains pre- or back-ordered items, all in stock products will ship within 1 Business Day and any pre- or back-ordered items will ship separately as they become available.

Free shipping supplies from The Postal Store Shipping Supply site are shipped within 2 Business Days and are mailed Parcel Post and should arrive within 7-10 Business Days. For your convenience all orders will contain a carrier release endorsement "Leave if No Response". This will allow your postal carrier to leave your expedited packaging supply order if you are not available to receive the delivery.
