The United States and Technical Cooperation

The United States provides assistance to countries around the world through the Technical Cooperation (TC) and other Science and Technology Programs of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).  
Activities under these programs cover over 50 principal areas, and currently focus on promoting tangible and lasting benefits to Member States in fields that are vital to human development, including agriculture, human health, water resource improvement and management, civil  nuclear power, and human resource development.
