This report responds to U.S. Submission 2011-01 (Bahrain), filed by the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations on April 21, 2011, with the Office of Trade and Labor Affairs (OTLA) of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs. The submission alleges violation of the Labor Chapter of the U.S.-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which has been in force since January 2006.
