A handsome tribute to an icon of the civil rights movement, this collectible package includes a sheet of 20 Rosa Parks (Forever®) stamps and a #6 ¾ envelope with an affixed Rosa Parks stamp and a First Day of Issue color postmark.

Second in a set of three 2013 issues celebrating significant anniversaries in the struggle for African-American civil rights, the stamp features a portrait of Parks by Thomas Blackshear II, and depicts her quiet determination. The color postmark design incorporates a stylized graphic of the bus on which Parks refused to surrender her seat, and includes the word “Courage,” as well as the official date and location of the stamp issuance.

The Postal Store ships all in stock orders within 1 Business day and sends them via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail and should arrive within 3-5 Business Days. All stamp and philatelic orders are charged a $1.25 Handling Fee on domestic orders of up to $50.00, and $1.75 if the order is greater than $50. These fixed handling fees apply to only the portion of the order total that is stamp and philatelic products.

All PSE products are charged a flat Priority Mail rate depending on how many boxes are ordered as specified in the PSE Shipping Charges table, and should be received within 7-10 Business Days.

All other products except free shipping supplies are charged standard Priority Mail fees based on weight of the item and shipping address ZIP Code.

If your order contains pre- or back-ordered items, all in stock products will ship within 1 Business Day and any pre- or back-ordered items will ship separately as they become available.

Free shipping supplies from The Postal Store Shipping Supply site are shipped within 2 Business Days and are mailed Parcel Post and should arrive within 7-10 Business Days. For your convenience all orders will contain a carrier release endorsement "Leave if No Response". This will allow your postal carrier to leave your expedited packaging supply order if you are not available to receive the delivery.
