Technology Transition Initiatives
ONR's Transition Initiatives Division directly supports technology insertion and out-of-cycle emergent needs with investment. Sponsorship is through either ONR, the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition) or Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the ONR-related procedures and information flow for the programs are centrally managed under ONR Code 03TTX.
