Manning:
The G33 CHOPS SOP for Mission Essential Personnel is:
.The COIC will always be manned - 1 Watch OIC and 2 Watch
Officers (CAPSTONE Contractors).
.The Reverse Cycle OIC and the Reverse Cycle Staff Reps will be
present for duty for the Reverse Cycle periods - which may be
extended to cover Post Closing and/or delayed opening.
4. USARCENT Sumter COIC Weather/Post
Status Notification:
The Shaw AFB Post Plan requires USARCENT COIC to be called by
the Post Rapid Response system with an announcement of the status
and Operational Status (Found on the Shaw AFB website). We tested
the alert call 07 Jan 10 with Post and it is operational.
5. USARCENT Key Leader Notification:
The Sumter COIC will send an e-mail via NIPR to all Key Leaders
on delays/closures. Intent is that all Key Leaders have Government
Furnished Black Berries and can receive the e-mail at their
quarters.

stations and 18 radio stations that will announce Shaw AFB delays
or closings.
