AEDC and TWRA sign memorandum of agreement
Arnold Engineering Development Center Commander Col. Michael Panarisi and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Executive Director Ed Carter sign an update of the 1991 memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the two agencies Aug. 11. TWRA manages a Wildlife Management Area (WMA) on the base under the approval of the base commander through the five-year Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) and two-year work plans.
